The member club is an exclusive matter of members of the company such as Directors, Shareholders and their relatives, employees. The company offers special discounts for the purchase of the property in its venture “ RANK HEIGHTS”. All those preference shareholders (10% coupon rate) are eligible for availing 10 % - 15% of the purchase price of the property. The 10 % preference shareholders can opt for this and request to adjust the amount of redemption against the purchase.
The company also decided to provide a differential discounting for the property purchased on the current projects at Punjagutta and Padmarao Nagar.
